Euro-Style Digital 16 I/O Channels


The PCI-20305T-1 and PCI-20306T panels provides 16 terminals/signal conditioning spaces that can be used for digital I/O, handshaking, counter, burst generator, and external interrupt functions. The PCI-20305T-1 has a low-density connector and the PCI-20306T-1 has a high-density connector.


Euro-Style Voltage Digital I/O 8 Channel


These panels are used in conjunction with the PCI-1107 through 1112 Opto-Isolator blocks. Each module provides up to 4000 volts isolation and converts a single channel of voltage between a real-world level and a TTL-level signal used by data acquisition systems. These slim-line blocks plug directly onto the termination panels.

The PCI-20324T-1 and PCI-20325T-1 each support eight digital I/O channels. You can expand the channel capacity to 16 by connecting the PCI-20326T-1 Termination Panel Expander (interconnect cable included). The PCI-20324T-1 has a low-density connector and the PCI-20325T-1 has a high-density connector.

Quick-disconnect versions of these panels are also available PCI-20324T-2, PCI-20325T-2, and PCI-20326T-2. These panels feature pluggable screw terminals which greatly reduce wiring and assembly time.


Relay Output 16 Channels


Relay output panels each support 16 channels of digital output and accommodate 14-pin, plug-in DIP relays to switch connected loads.

Kits of 16 normally open (NO) reed relays (PCI-20359A-1) or normally closed (NC) reed relays (PCI-20360A-1) are available for the panels and must be purchased and installed separately. You can install any combination of NO or NC single-pole relays to suit your application.

The PCI-20355T-1 has a low-density connector and the PCI-20356T-1 has a high-density connector.

Quick-disconnect versions of these panels are also available PCI-20355T-2 and PCI-20356T-2. These panels feature pluggable screw terminals which greatly reduce wiring and assembly time.


Digital Input 16 Channel


The PCI-20361T-1 and PCI-20362T-1 termination panels each provide 16 isolated digital input channels at the lowest possible cost per channel.

Separate opto-coupler built into each channel ensure high channel-to-channel and input-to-output isolation. The output comparator converts signals that change slowly or have non-standard amplitudes into TTL-compatible signals.

LEDs indicate when a channel is active (low). You can set the input voltage range, the input current range, and the input response time. Input currents in the range of 0.5mA to 10mA require no conditioning.

The PCI-20361T-1 has a low-density connector and the PCI-20362T-1 has a high-density connector.

Quick-disconnect versions of these panels are also available (PCI-20361T-2 and PCI-20362T-2). These panels feature pluggable screw terminals which greatly reduce wiring and assembly time.


Isolated Switchable Voltage 8 Channel


Designed for OEM applications, the PCI-20486T-1 provides eight digital I/O channels which can be individually configured as either an input or an output through the use of onboard DIP switches. Its ability to mix digital inputs and outputs on the same termination panel provides a greatly reduced cost per channel in many applications.

This panel is used in conjunction with the PCI-1107 through 1112 Opto-Isolator blocks. Each module provides up to 4000 volts isolation and converts a single channel of voltage between a real-world level and a TTL-level signal.

The termination panel is equipped with quick disconnect-style wiring terminals.

The PCI-20486T-1 has both a low-density and a high-density connector to provide a direct connection to all of Intelligent Instrumentation's popular data acquisition boards and systems.


Isolated Input or Output 8 Channels


The PCI-20018T-1 provides eight isolated digital Input or Output channels when used in conjunction with the PCI-1100 through 1106 Opto-Isolator blocks, which sense voltage levels or control load switching.

The 1100 Series isolation blocks are available in six versions to satisfy a variety of application requirements. Various combinations of 8 Input or 8 Output opto blocks can be intermixed on one panel.

Use PCI-20013A-1 ground-plane, digital cable to interface the PCI-20018T-1 to a data acquisition board or option module. The PCI-20018T-1 can be surface-mounted.


Isolated 16 Digital I/O Channels


The PCI-20048T-1 provides 16 isolated digital I/O channels when used in conjunction with the PCI-1100 through 1106 Opto-Isolator blocks, which sense voltage levels or control load switching.

Various combinations of the opto blocks can be intermixed on one panel. However, each contiguous group of eight channels must contain only input or only output modules.

Use PCI-20013A-1 ground-plane, digital cable to interface the PCI-20048T-1 panel to a data acquisition board or option module. Use the PCI-20339A-1 enclosure to mount the panel.


Digital 32 I/O Channel Custom Panel


The PCI-20025T Series Custom Termination Panels accommodate up to 32 channels of digital inputs or outputs, with signal conditioning available on each channel.

These panels feature a generic layout including a ground terminal adjacent to each pair of inputs allowing for customization of virtually any kind of passive or active network can be added to each individual channel.

The PCI-20025T-1 has a high-density connector that mates with the PCI-20009A-1B cable and interfaces to the digital I/O, counter/timers, and sync/control lines on an Intelligent Instrumentation multifunction I/O board.

 The PCI-20025T-2 has two standard 26-pin connectors and interfaces with the digital I/O on any Digital only I/O board or option module via the PCI-20061A-1 or PCI-20036A-1 cables.
