Easy application development using Microsoft's eMbedded Visual Tools supporting eMbedded Visual C++. Windows CE provides true multitasking allowing both control and monitoring functions to run simultaneously on an EDAS CE device.
Industrial modular case design provides 8 to 192 channels of I/O per base unit. Supports any combination of analog and digital I/O, and RS-232 data, giving EDAS CE the flexibility to meet a wide range of I/O requirements.
Ethernet delivers high-speed networking with 10 and 100 Mb/s, most facilities already have Ethernet installed and components are widely available at very low cost. Ethernet and TCP/IP are standard, integrated components of the PC, Windows, and the Internet.
