NEW LANpoint CE/eXP and PLUS Enterprise AutoID PCs are rugged vehicle or fixed-mount terminals with Microsoft's embedded operating system CEv4.2, offer more functionality, reliability and ensure a lower total cost of ownership.

Designed and manufactured by Intelligent Instrumentation you can have your choice of many options and accessories to fit your own application specific needs. Are you using terminal emulation (5250, 3270, VT)? If so, you probably don not need a color display or a touch screen, so why pay for it? Intelligent Instrumentation lets you decide.

With LANpoint CE/eXP or PLUS terminals, you can also use peripherals and accessories from other manufacturers. LANpoint CE/eXP and PLUS have standard connectors, support many types of 3rd party bar code input scanners and other AutoID devices. The operating system is less prone to virus attacks and was developed specifically for industrial embedded devices. In addition, our Windows CE/eXP terminals require less RAM and disk storage space, so you do not have to use hard disks with moving parts. AS a matter of fact, LANpoint data collection Terminals have no moving parts to wear out and break.
